Making a Reservation

Step 1: Arrange for transportation. It may be necessary to secure buses before committing to a concert date. When making your transportation arrangements, please plan to have buses arrive at the performance venue 20-30 minutes before the concert time. If you cannot depend on your buses to arrive for the first concert time, please make your reservation for the later performance.

Step 2: Send in the order. (Make copies if necessary.) Complete the Order Form and mail to the address below, or fax the form to: 404-733-4950, Attention: Education Sales Department, or e-mail to the YPC office. Reservations by phone are not accepted.

All reservations are processed in the order received. Many teachers make reservations for winter or spring concerts in the fall. Some concert dates sell out quickly; please include a second and third choice when completing the form. If all your choices are filled, you will be notified by phone, and you will receive a written notice of an available date.

If you wish to attend more than one concert during the season, copy the Reservation Form and return it by mail, fax, or e-mail. Please note at the top of the pages: 1 of 3, 2 of 3, 3 of 3, etc.

Changing a Reservation

The school’s representative is responsible for notifying the ASO’s Education Department in writing mail, e-mail or fax to 404-733-4950 of any changes to the reservation before the payment deadline. Requests for reservation changes received before the payment deadline will be honored. The school’s representative will receive an amended contract-invoice and, if necessary, a new deadline for payment.

Cancellation of a Reservation

Notice of cancellation must be made in writing (mail, e-mail or fax to 404-733-4950) no later than one month before the scheduled concert. Cancellations made less than one month before the scheduled concert will require full payment, and no refunds will be issued. If your school is prevented from attending a concert due to inclement weather or other situations beyond your control, the ASO will make every effort to reschedule your school to another date.

Payment
The ASO Education Department will send a contract-invoice indicating the number of seats reserved and the amount of the payment due by the stated deadline, within two weeks of receiving your reservation.

Please contact the office if you have not received your invoice after two weeks.
Before you return the contract-invoice form, review the figures entered. Please make your check or money order payable to Atlanta Symphony Orchestra.

One-Step Pre-Pay Reservation
(required for October and November concerts, optional for others)

Simply mail the order form with a check made payable to Atlanta Symphony Orchestra for the total number of reservations indicated on the Order Form. A confirmation letter and education materials will be sent.

Lunch Space Reservations
(for Discover and neXt Generation Concerts only)

Due to multiple activities at the Woodruff Arts Center, only limited lunch space is available (room for 150 people only). Space and time must be reserved in advance. Availability is on a first-come-first-served basis. Please indicate your request in the space provided on the Order Form. If you are unable to secure reservations in the Arts Center’s space, or if you wish to make other arrangements, you can explore other lunch alternatives in the Midtown area.
