For Subscribers

The ASO exchange policy is designed to help subscribers avoid schedule conflicts and receive the full value of series tickets. Subscribers may exchange their tickets for any other subscription concert in the 2007/2008 season. As a benefit to our ASO Subscribers there is NO FEE CHARGED FOR EXCHANGING unless your are exchanging lower priced tickets for more expensive tickets. All exchanges are subject to availability, and seat locations cannot be guaranteed. For especially popular concerts, concerts on different days or in a different series, you may have to exchange for seats in a lower-priced section.

Exchanges must be made up to 1 hour before concert time on your scheduled concert date.

For Non-Subscribers

For all non-subscriber tickets exchanges, there is a $4 service charge per order in additional to any difference between the value of your exchanged tickets.

Ways To Exchange Your Tickets

FAX EXCHANGES
Simply write “void” across your tickets and fax a copy of them with a note telling us the concert date/time of your new selection to 404.733.4245. Your new tickets will be held for you at the WAC Box Office. Please bring your voided tickets to exchange for your new tickets.

MAIL EXCHANGES
Send your tickets and your exchange request to: Woodruff Arts Center Box Office, 1280 Peachtree St., NE, Atlanta, GA 30309. Your new tickets will be held for you at the WAC Box Office unless you enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope and allow two weeks for return mailing.

IN-PERSON EXCHANGES
At the WAC Box Office. WAC Box Office, 1280 Peachtree St. NE (Peachtree & 15th St.). Mon-Fri, 10 am - 8 pm/Sat-Sun, Noon - 8 pm.
